1) General Policy (All Purchases)
All sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise in writing on the specific checkout page, order form, or a signed agreement. By purchasing, you acknowledge you have reviewed this Refund Policy and agree to it.
2) Digital Products & Online Programs
Because digital products (including downloadable materials, templates, videos, audio, memberships, portals, and other online program access) are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for:
Digital downloads
Online courses/programs
Memberships or content libraries
Workshop replays
Templates, toolkits, or resources
If you experience a technical issue accessing content, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the materials in an alternate format.
3) Mentoring Services (1:1 and Group)
Mentoring is a time-based service and results depend on your implementation. Unless your specific offer page or agreement states otherwise:
a) 1:1 Mentoring
No refunds are provided for mentoring sessions already delivered.
If you purchased a package, unused sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled according to our rescheduling terms below.
b) Group Mentoring / Live Programs
No refunds are provided once the program begins (including access to community calls, groups, or program portals).
If you cannot attend live, you may still be able to access replays if offered as part of the program.
4) Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Payment plans are not subscriptions you can cancel to avoid the balance. If you stop payments, we may suspend access to the program/mentoring until the account is current.
5) Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
For scheduled mentoring calls:
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and counted as used.
6) Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion in limited situations (for example, duplicate charges or verified billing errors). If we approve an exception, we may offer:
A refund, or
Store credit, or
Transfer to another program of equal value (if available)
7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a purchase, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of access to products, programs, and services.

9) Policy Updates
